Inside a Black Girls Mind approached me via Instagram direct messages to produce a piece for their launch after seeing a few of my short posts on Instagram, commenting on popular culture and music. Contributed a cultural essay discussing Ghana’s ‘Year of Return’ initiative and the intercultural connection between continental Africa and African diaspora
SUKEBAN Magazine
Submitted an article to SUKEBAN – an online zine, critiquing a controversial advertisement from the SKIMS shapewear brand. With this piece, I entered Sukeban’s Top 20 of 2020 as this piece was heavily discussed and engaged with by Instagram audiences on the SUKEBAN profile
